Parts for sliding door blind

Does anyone know the part numbers for the plastic runners that travel on the wires in the grooves. I have one broken in half. The broken off bit has some numbers on it but I cannot make them out.

Robo, did you ever have any luck in finding replacements for these? We have lost both from the sliding door blind, which now springs back up all the time and won't stay in place, also flapping loose off the wires.
