My T5 Cali SE 2.5 2009 had a replacement front near side parking sensor at a VW dealer. It was returned with a crack in the near side wheel arch lining and loose black plastic fittings across the top of bumper and missing plugs/clips. I’m quite pedantic about sponging down wheel arches and plastics so know it wasn’t like this when dropped off for repair. I’ve taken photos attached. I want to be sure about what’s missing but can’t see from online pictures and schematics. From inspection I can see square holes in the section underneath which the holes in the plastic trip align. Can any one do a quick comparison. Also I believe the front bumper has to be removed to replace the sensor. So believe very possible damage to wheel occurred during repair. Would you agree. I’ve put in a written complaint.

It looks like you have 2 screws missing in the top panel.
Heres mine, even though there are 2 holes free, no screws are missing.
