Projector Ceiling Mount

Was thinking, (my wife says this is dangerous!) has anyone attached a mount on the ceiling/underside of the pop top bed for their projector? Or is there a better place to put the projector when using the front of the raised pop top as a place for the screen? I have a Nebula Max. Picture below might explain things better.

I too have thought about doing something like this. There are some YouTube videos where people have fitted a roof mount thing on the underside of the bed but on conversions not Californias. I don’t really want to be drilling the California for fixings……..

That looks great, but do they work when the pop top is up? Would like to have yhe screen as high as possible.

I guess if you read the thread you will see that the screen hangs down from the rail with the pop top up, or down. So, no. We tried with the pop top up and, like these people who mount TVs too high on their living room way, it gives us a crick in the neck.
