Rear headrest release

Hi, I've managed to lose the headrest release button from the centre rear headrest. I've tried looking for a replacement part but can only find the a spare part for the whole guide including the button but am unsure if it's a difficult job to remove the existing one then replace with the new one. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

Hi. I've lost the button from the side of my 2012 SE. Cant seem to get VW to find the part number. Is the button you are referring to the same as in this image?
