recommendations for sites near Santander

Hi - we get the ferry from Plymouth to Santander in mid August. Any experience of sites likely to take bookings for a couple of nights. Most we contacted have said 1 or 2 week minimum to book.

We get in during afternoon so it sure any spaces left by then as most changes will happen in morning

We have booked a couple of nights here. It looks like it's in a wonderful spot on a high-ish mountain plateau. Not too far from Santander on the way to the Pyrenees. Not anywhere near the sea side though.
