Hi, I’m interested but have a couple of questions. Do you know the manufacturer please? I ask as I’m after the “version 2” of the shelf as it had some improvements over the “version 1”. Also, how much are you asking please?

I’ll take some more photos in the daylight and look out the instructions. I bought the Cali in 2018 so probably about that age, very little used, still has the protective plastic film all over the metalwork.

Not at all, I’m afraid I don’t know exact weight limit but it’s been fully loaded with Euroboxes full of camping gear without any problems. An adult can sit in the tray whilst it’s extended if it helps!

Do you know which length it is? 760 or 800mm. I guess by the Euroboxes it is probably the 800?
(Does it fit with the seat in its rearmost position against the rail stop or does the seat have to be a couple of notches forward?)

The seat sits a couple of notches forward, to be honest I didn’t notice until I removed it and the seat sat back a tiny bit further back. The folding carpets worked ok though so really not much in it (The 40mm difference is 4cm/1.5in)

We had the wider one in our old beach, as per manufacturers website will take 100kgs extended. They are supersolid.

You are actually better off buying this 2nd hand as ours arrived damaged (bent corner) from Germany and was a pain to sort out.

Just brought a new one from Campervantastic expensive but a serious bit of kit it can hold 150 kg extended and has V W fittings
