You are warm , but not warm enough !
So heres a little clue ........if you religiously ventured north you might find a warm welcome at the ...

The Answer Is ..............

Crask.

The Inn you were looking for was......
The Crask inn , Scotlands most isolated Inn owned by The Bishop Mark Strange of the Scottish Episcopal Church .
Crask is a beautiful area on the A836 between Tongue and Lairg . If you are travelling up the West side of Scotland (NC500) and do not need to go across to John O' Groats , try this stunning road back towards Loch Ness .

Cracking place, and cracking hosts.

Nearby Ben Klibreck is the most northerly Munro I have climbed.
