Roof collapsed on one side

Just been away in my Van which is less than 12 months old and having put roof up my wife noticed it was only halfway up on one side, i recycled the roof which made some strange noises and having got it fully up went for a walk with the dog. Returned a few hours later and it had sagged again on same side. recoiled it down and up again and this time it stayed up overnight. Have had it up and down a few times since and no problems.
anyone else had similar problem?

I had one or the rams replaced within days of buying it new. SMG replaced it. All fine now.

Mine did it a couple of times when new but it has cured itself.

I have spoken to my dealer they are going to change the rams as a precaution as its under warranty.

Looking at the picture....

Had mine lowering a bit , few cm in a few days time once but thats a freaky sight to see!

The strud on that side must have a failure somehow....
