California Club Meet Scottish meet, 22nd November

Thinking of organising another Sunday meet in Scotland for anyone who's interested. Unless anyone's got any alternative suggestions I suggest meeting up at the Meikleour Arms (just north of Perth) on November 22nd for a lunch and a natter. Perth seems fairly central for folk coming from north and south.

We last met here in March 2014 when there were just two vans plus another two on order. Can we beat that number this time ?

Will be lovely to meet up with others in November....a great excuse for a winter outing (minus food as I've partially 'winterised' my van already...having to leave him for sunnier climes for a while...just awakening to 30C in Florida..someone has to do it!).

That would have been very interesting....hope it's sunny and work free the next time.
Looking forward to express demo....and has anyone tried slow cookers or other devices in their vans? Granny Jen seems to be an expert on this subject but I'd like to see the options first hand....might just stick to salads and pasta but hoping to do a bigger trip next year, so might have to get the cookbook out after all.....

Ewen...how about we all bring to the table one item we couldn't live without or think is ingenious, or just plain funny to be carrying around with us?!

We are hoping to attend or at least call in for a drink - what time are you booked for lunch? We will probably be travelling down from Blair Atholl Sunday morning but Gerry has a flight out of Glasgow at 5.15pm Sunday evening so it would be a flying visit in passing. We could maybe grab a quick lunch!
