Sea to Summit customer service

I’ve got an issue with my Campervan sea to summit mattress.
I’ve filled in the warranty form in the website.
Once last Friday.
And again on Tuesday this week.
No email to say they have received a warranty form. (Checked junk)
Messaged on faceache messenger, get the auto reply.
There is no phone number I can see to ring them on.
Anybody have a phone number for S2S ?

I've had an issue as well, deflates overnight. Took them a few days to respond to my conact but they've now sent me a paid returns label. Here's their details: Mountain Boot Co.

Self inflates.
I leave on back shelf, and in two days it’s like a emergency life raft gone off in a comical manner And filled the rear window…
Stoppers are good.
Inflated then dipped them both in water and no leaks when squeezed at the middle to try and push air out of them.
So I think a bad seam somewhere.
But not wanting to take the whole thing in my local swimming baths to test

Called and they are sending a prepaid dpd label.

Micro holes along the main seam. This mattress design seems especially susceptible.

They received my mattress Monday.
Saturday, a brand new one turns up from DPD.
New colour blue, let’s hope this one lasts longer than only 30 sleeps.
But loving the lifetime warranty !

Still the same single seam design? These would last longer than 30 sleeps if it was gusseted like the rest of the SI range.

Looks a bit flatter than the old one
