Seat back adjusters/seat tilt mechanism

The VW seat back adjuster/ tilt mechanism is a wheel. Some cars have a lever which makes tilting/moving the seat back very easy. Anyone knows of / have changed the seat back adjuster to a lever like the one in the pic below?

The reason it was not fitted in the 1st place could be that as the seat rotates a lever over a knob may be an issue in turning the seats.

It's the same mechanism that was on my Mk 6 Golf and my wife's old 'new' Beetle.
Was a bit annoying when you wanted to put the back of the passenger seat back quickly.

Most two door cars have a wheel adjuster with a quick release 'toggle' up the seat back side - not sure how it could be integrated but would be a good mod...
