Seven years service

Are there any special elements in one of these or us it an interim service? Probably only done about 5000 miles since last year but is waterpump replaced again next year or are there things to check out this year?

The Cambelt and water pump are usually replaced together (water pump is easier to get at when Cambelt is done) every 4 years or 140K miles whichever comes first.
