Just ordered a Slidepod kitchen unit for our Beach.
Colour, gloss silver to complement our silver van.
All at Slidepods have been very helpful, hopefully will be ready for Christmas, cant wait!

It took an age to decide on colour, myself, wife and kids all had different ideas, as you do!
Took advise from the Guys at Slidepods who were excellent and suggested colours that they knew would suit.
Although I was tempted by some more vibrant whacky colours in the end decided on silver. Mainly because it's a very close colour match to the van and has the look of original fit about it.
High quality unit, really please we took the plunge.

You can pull the table leg out of its socket which makes storage much easier. Looks great!

He does mattress toppers now with a special pocket added to put the table in, holds it nice and firmly. Didnt do them when I got mine but it looks a good addon.

Totally agree, the mattress in photo has said pocket.
On another note, those with a slidepod how is it viewed by your insurer.
Add mine to policy LV, only insured to the value of £1000 as per all non factory accessories, excess £500☹

Have now paired an additional £35 to LV to fully cover pod unit and all risks associated with, I.e fire and gas.
Vehicle now classed as a 'VW Camper Van'
