Sliding blinds lubrication

Hello, me again. We've found that lately one by one our sliding privacy blinds - sliding side door over kitchen area, are jamming more and more frequently . I've considered wd40 or a ptfe spray, but hesitate to apply in case these unguents do more harm than good.

If you do use any sort of spray, spray it in to a pot first then use a cotton bud to apply. Don't want any nasty spray all over the inside of your cali.

I use silicone spray.

I use silicone spray as well, usually spray it on to a piece of cloth then wipe the runners .

I use dry ptfe spray works well

Silicone spray works very well. But beware if you use it on the blinds you may find they won’t then stay down. Try to tiniest spray first and let it work its way in for a week then add more if necessary.
