Sliding Door central locking problems

Hello Back again with new problem.

this time Sliding Door central locking problems. now days i am noticing when i close my cali using remote. front both doors closed and work fine but sliding door doesn't close some time i need to repeat couples of time then it work.

the same thing happened at the time of opening Sliding Door doesn't open in fist time.

Any idea whats going wrong?

Is it an electric side door...?

If so I had this issue and it was resolved by fitting a new control unit in respect of the sliding door...about £200 inc

Suggest you ask your VW dealer, who will know exactly what's needed.

Hi Cali is 61 plate SE 4motion. i couldn't found exact part no online. i have open the back side door and current part no is 7E0 843 654 N. i have found many with same numbers but not having "N" in last. need help to choose right part. thanks

its was fine some since but again creating lots of problem i went dealer but they asking £350 + so i thought lets try myself first.
