Sliding door lock problem found.

Hi all, is this a known problem that I have found with the sliding door lock on my 2 year old Ocean? (just out of warranty) If the locking button on the inside is accidentally partially pressed down, the opening lever on the inside doesn’t raise the button but the door still operates from the inside. But if you go outside and close the door you cannot get back in. This I found out on a campsite recently, fortunately my wife was up top asleep and had to be roused to let me back in. This may be worth checking out on your vehicle, just in case.

If it's faulty, do you not have 3 years warranty?

You are right. I went online and checked the warranty and found 2 years, that must be for commercials. Thanks for that, it saves me investigating the problem. I have booked it in already.
