July 23 delivered Ocean and the sliding door was taking normally 3 attempts to lock shut (with the electronic latching).

I asked the dealer to look at it and now it latches first time.

But there's a but...

The door now slides with very little resistance so if you open it on a hill, it shoots open really quickly, probably too quickly. The whole door mechanism feels a bit mind of "loose".

Anyone had similar happen or know what the dealer did to reduce the friction?

I think it's just gone from one extreme to the other and wondered if it's an adjustment I could do myself.

I don't think anything was adjusted, i thought our's could do with being a bit more free so i got the wd40 out now on a slight slope you have to be very careful as it can run away.

I think what you now have is the normal operating status. Including our current 6.2 Cali, we’ve camped in three Cali‘s and all side doors opened very fast when on a hill (nose upwards). We’re aware on this, and while we hope the mechanism is man enough to take the impact, we do try and guide it to a soft open by hand.
