Small stain to Alcantara

VW is second-hand, noticed a small purple pen mark to the alcantara head rest.
Looks like permenant, tried a baby wipe doesn’t affect it at all.
Wondering if anyone can recommend any techniques/products which may remove this?
I’ll take a photo and add it in my next post.

For interest, that's the faux leather / vinyl part of the seat rather than the Alcantara. Wondered if that would help an Internet search for a solution

Thanks for your reply and correction, I’ve already tried glass cleaner but no joy, may try some of the other methods.

Try deodorant (like lynx) and a soft cloth not anti persperant though.

You could try some isopropyl alcohol, then at a push, some acetone (nail varnish remover) on a cotton bud.

I managed to get permanent pen off of something similar using a MAGIC ERASER SPONGE. You can get them cheap on Amazon. Great for getting rid of so many different kinds of marks.
