Soon to be Ocean Owner (Total Newbie)

Hi Guys, live in SW Scotland. Have taken plunge and have ordered a 2019 low mile California Ocean. Totally new to Campers and now that we are both in a fortunate position to reduce our working days/hours , its our plan to finally visit more of our own country and what better way to do so than do it in a VW. Its going to be the blind leading the blind but hey - that going to be the fun of it (hopefully). Forums are a great way to learn and as such Caroline and I will be visiting this site often.

Welcome. Being a newbie myself just a couple of months ago, it seems a little presumptuous to be welcoming another, but I am a long time owner and traveller and you are certainly doing the right thing; get out and enjoy it, lock down permitting.
There is definitely no better way of getting to know all about your Cali than digesting the words of wisdom written here by members.
