Thinking of using aluminium spacers as a sort of shim to try and sort out the problem of alloy wheels bonding to the steel hub.
Probably go for thinnest spacers I can find.
What do you all think,would it work or not?

Copper slip buddy that’s the correct stuff to use

If you want a slightly wider track there’s A few options you can use

As mentioned, Copper Slip.
That’s what my local garage use on All Alloy wheels when removed for any reason.

Just had my rears changed after 46k miles, the chaps had a real challenge getting the wheels off, shame VW don't use copper slip in the factory?
