Spaghetti bolognese on blind!

I am not sure how we managed to do this but spag-bol sauxe is splattered all over the blind behind the cooker ( yes it bi passed the glass!!) I have tried several different cleaning materials on the blind and nothing will remove this and now the cleaning materials have made it worse.

Any idea's how to remove the stains or do I need a new blind?
