Has anyone had any dealings with this company regarding Technical Issues with there ocean california ? , is so was it a good or bad experience ?
 
8 working days now had my van , not even explanation as to if my heating system is working correctly or not ?
Call up reception to speak manager or a master tech , only be told not available or not at desk .
Promises of returned phone calls , that do not transpire.
Virtually impossible get speak anyone with knowledge .
Does anyone Know the main email to Germany the top office ?
 
Surprised . What branch ? I’ve dealt with the Liverpool dealership and found them very helpful.

Ask for the manager of the branch you’re dealing with and say it’s due to a complaint. Take the name of the receptionist and request a reasonable time frame for a call back (eg 2 hours) and see what happens.
