T4 AXG 151hp disc brake part numbers (16" wheels)

Hi, I am trying to nail down the part numbers for a T4 California, 2001, AXG engine, 151hp, 16" wheels. Discs front and rear, and seeking recommendations for OEM manufacturer (Brembo? Bosch?) as all four corners need new discs and pads.

Is there a website with part numbers, or a supplier to recommend?

I put Zimmerman ventilated discs with Brembo shoes; also AXG and a lot of weight, but this turned out a winning combo!
