T5 bike rack plastic parts cooked by UVs

The bike rack on my 2005 T5 is still complete but the once black and shiny plastic parts are grey and porous for having baked in the sun.
In particular, the lower footings located just on top of the tail lights.
Are they sold as spare parts ?
I could rejuvenate them with a product of some sort I guess, but I'm worried about the structural aspect if things here...

Mine is the same even though I've used back to black plastic treatment
in the past, it doesn't stay dark for long.

I wouldn't say mine is porous though, its nice and smooth, the other bits
have stayed black though.

Also the strap buckles go rusty in less than three years, p---- poor quality. Sorry.
