T6.1 Where is the drain and if an oil seal is needed ?

I wouldn't run the engine with 3l of oil in it. My engine, DNAA, takes just over 7l of oil.
 
It was missing the oil filter and how to change it.
He shows it going on at the end. Agree it’s missing it being taken off but you can see where it is. As he is running fresh oil through to further cleanse he will be keeping the filter on until the very last time he fills with the final fresh oil.

Through the magic of Google here is the process:

The oil filter in underneath, next to the sump. Take the underbody engine cover off.
Remove the small centre bolt from the oil filter canister and allow the canister to drain.
Then remove the whole canister and swap the filter-replacing the 2 O rings and replace the canister and the drain plug.
