T6 Ocean electric roof message

Hi All

Took the Cali (Feb 2017 Ocean) for its first camping day out and tried to raise roof (only for the second time). Got the message "roof up" when it was not. Tried again and got the message "voltage plausability fault" the roof would not go up. Thought got a bad one here! Two hours later tried again and roof did go up. Was running the engine when attempting to raise the roof with door open and no wind. It should have gone up. Any similar experiences? Cali is booked in next Wednesday to have factory tow bar replaced and reported the above.

I'm not sure if it's relevant but you only need to have the ignition on rather than the engine running to raise the roof.

Agreed - but running the engine won't stop the roof from operating.

Sounds to me most likely it's a control panel issue a one for the dealer.

Could be a sensor issue or the CP or maybe just a blip in the system. Presuming you have tried again since what was the outcome?

Have you tried a full CP reset?
