the control panel is not working only the button light is on

2020 model california ocean
we repaired the engine of my car completely
3 batteries, that is, it was changed to zero and then
the light on the button on the control panel flashes and nothing else happens
I'm holding the button, nothing happens
I plug in the 220 volt power cord, the yellow stuck sign does not appear on the control panel.
please help me
