Excellent, hope you have lots of fun and enjoyment from it.

Hope it all goes well. That speck is what i am waiting for, hoping later this month.

Good luck, don't forget your hand over checklist.

I hope you had as much fun driving home in yours as I did in ours.

7:20 left home on my Brompton
7:30 folded Bromton and caught train from Grove Park
7:49 arrive Chelsfield and change trains
7:59 train from Chelsfield
8:17 arrive Tonbridge and unfolded Brompton
8:30 arrive SMG, handover begins
9:45 handover ends on on my way home
10:30 home, but no time to play
2:00 boys fed, rested and in nursery, dogs walked, the fun began...
5.00 the first lesson learned the hard way: always fully retract the awning before opening the driver's door. :headbang

So the drivers door hits the awning if not retracted. Thanks for the info as I was not aware.

If you raise the height of the front adjustable awning pole you can have the awning clear of the driver's door. Drop the rear pole a little though to allow rain run- off.

I had the awning wound out about 8 inches - I wasn't using the support poles. :headbang
