I just became the second replacement on the Omnistor Awning (in 14 month), due to the persisting problem of the welding to split - especially when in warm condition.
But the new Awning I got is modified so that the fabric is no longer welded, but in ONE piece like the Fiamma. That is so nice.
I have seen so many broken units, alone during this holiday trip. It must really have been a burden for Thule. But I am so happy they finally fixed it!

Our second awning did not do well. After only a few month and three weeks in the sun, it broke and I needed to use gaffa and other stuff to stop it from splitting totally.
Our first Omnistor started to delaminate very quickly.
