Thule QuickFit

That's the first time I've seen that. Seems a bright idea but the pole arrangement is rather antiquated.

I think plenty here will be saying that a drive away awning (kyham or inflatable) would be quicker, and you have the advantage of being able to nip out for the day without having to pack it all away / rebuild.

There are other sides and front pieces available for the wind out awning (in the shop?) that may be better if you wanted to avoid the bulk of a drive-away awning.

I think you will find this is for motorhomes and do not fit a Cali. Had a good look at this at Caravan Show last year and the Thule rep confirmed this.

Yes if you look at the specs sadly the Cali is too low.

Min mounting height
2.25 m
Max mounting height 2.84 m

I'm personally not convinced by inflatables yet, easy to put up, far slower to take down? I also heard a rep of a awning company say he wouldn't have an inflatable, too many problems and if something goes wrong your awning is useless, at least a pole can be gaffa taped until you get a replacement? That thought alone put me off inflatables for now.
