Does anyone know what this hole is for just below the cup holder in the rear? Can you get a tie down D loop for it?

I think you are missing the loop. I don’t remember any of mine having a hole there. If its a new Cali, I suspect you may need a trip back to the dealer.

Strangely not all Vehicles have this fitted, some have a blanking plate fitted.

the photo you posted is not coming up on when I view the post.

I would suspect the part is easily available

Is that just the blanking plug or the complete D ring lashing eye ?

Is there supposed to be a D loop behind the blanking plate? I have a metal tab with a hole in it behind mine but no D loop. I think it would be quite handy.
