USB port

Happy New Year to all.
Can anyone help here: I have a Cali Ocean 6.1 2021. Does anyone know how to check if the USB port in the cockpit area connects to the speakers? I know that I could plug in a portable CD player to find out, but at the moment I don't have one and am reluctant to buy one without being able to check first. Any ideas or solutions very appreciated. Thanks.

Put your music onto a USB stick and plug it into the USB port.
The device should then be visible under Media.

The USB port connects to the media system, but it is down to the capability (software/drivers) of the media system what it supports.
There is a section in the manual that details all the supported media formats.

As said above, it's fairly easy to rip CDs to mp3 files and get all your collection onto a single USB stick.
