I spoke to VB yesterday to discuss the options and possible issues. I gleamed that they will be launching the full air suspension ie 4C sometime in the near future currently only the 2C. Also VB is approved via VW. Also no need for rams for levelling meaning less weight. The 2C only weighs 35kg.
In the mean time I will probably go for the C2 and then add the front when launched.
