Volkswagen technical department non exsisting

What I have found is technical advise is hard to get , most are unsure or dont no .
Not good considering they sell expensive vehicles an no one ask technical advise who no the answer .

On recent thread I put on here rang 2 different volkswagen swansway dealers , different parts country both gave totally different an conflicting answers .

Dealership say call customer services an they dont no either .

Be good too have one there technical buffs on here .

Or is there one that works volkswagen on here already ??

We did have a VW technician member on the forum (@VW Guru) but sadly he moved on.
If you need technical advice/info, I would always recommend doing a search (magnifying glass under the forum banner) on the forum and asking for input from members before contacting VW. At least that way have a pretty good idea of what the answer should be!

Agreed , but also Can't get any feedback on the vehicles problems with call back .
