VW Grand California in Poland?

Not sure how true it is, but my dealer thinks that the reason production of the Cali has stepped up a gear recently, could be because the Crafters have been moved from Hanover to somewhere in Poland for production.

I assume if the Grand is built on a Crafter chassis, this is where they will begin their life?

crafters have been built in Poland in brand new facilities for the last 2 years - factory is ginormous, I think they are just trying to maximise efficiency of the crafter platform.

not anymore, new crafter is 100% VW - no merc input at all , hence new factory...

The factory is in Września not far from the city Poznań
