VW specialist in the Berkshire area

Hi there, can anyone recommend a specialist in the Berkshire area. We’re having problems with the poptop not coming down properly.
It’s a T5 California
The passenger side isn’t coming down properly and gets stuck. We’ve done the raise it up and down thing but that’s done nothing. It finally went down and has stayed down.
We are struggling too find a specialist in our area that isn’t a vw owned expensive garage.

I'm afraid I can't help with the recommendation, but there have been SO MANY posts about this problem, I would think it would be worthwhile VW just setting up a location where we could all go and get our roofs sorted out if (or more likely, when, looking at all the recent posts) it happens!
