What is this?

Just hoovering out our Beach Camper and spotted an untied cable tie with a sort of metal clip on it, under the front passenger seat near the fuses, just lying on the carpet.

Does anyone recognise it? How to know if it randomly fell out of someone’s tool belt during build, or whether they got it out to fit it but then forgot?

it looks very much lick a cable tie with a clip incorporated into it to attach to metal edge of framework!

My T5.1 has one of these (though the zip tie cable has been trimmed). The zip tie holds the wiring for the dashtop cig lighter socket & it clips to the plastic underside of the tray. But perhaps they're also used elsewhere for the same purpose?
