Like you use on caravans through the winter etc?
I can't always use my Cali weekly, due to work/kids/life etc, but after it's been raining the discs are rusty. Also through summer the sun is on the van all day, as the drive is south facing. So I'm thinking a set of these covers will reduce the rusting and slow down the UV damage you get on tyres(prevent premature cracking).
Does anybody else use them or tried them?

The covers will not prevent the rusting on the disks. That's due to humidity as much as rainwater on the disks and is not harmful. Covering the tyres in bright sunshine might have some small benefit, but remember the tyres get the same amount of UV if static or moving, as in a daily use vehicle.
If you do more than 3,000 miles /year then the lilihood that the tyres need replacing due to ageing defects is pretty small as you are more likely to fail the MOT due to worn tyres before that happens. Is the expense of covers warranted? Your decision but I don't think it's cost effective personally.
