sorry about title !

can anyone reccomend a simple , strong wind break that can be put up quick and easy? mainly for days out ,
thanks, rob

I just use the beach style ones - some stakes and stripy material - and you just use a mallet to hammer them into the ground.

We use the Halfords Urban, metal pole , guy lines and nylon fabric, packs away in a small zip bag and was £16 in the recent promotion, normal price 20. It's lightweight but does the job.

We use a Khyam 6 pole. 3 piece metal poles, guy ropes, and tent style fabric. Really light, solid when up, packs really small. Long enough to come out from the front of the van to just beyond the awning, then across the ’front' of the awning (down the length of the van) leaving the rear side/end of the awning for access

we use the vango adventure wind breaks, surprisingly big from such a small pack size.
have two of them which provide mor than enough protection. they also work fine on the beach
if you use sand pegs.
