Quick tip for you if you have the dreaded yellow stains on your worktop - ours was next to the flyscreen track.
So rather than taking your van to the local scrapyard for crushing you can try a product called Goo Gone.
On ours I used it with a green abrasive washing up pad and hey presto the yellow stains disappeared as if by magic.
Happy scrubbing

Fun enough I have a small yellow stain on my brand new van. Next to fly screen. Thought I had spilt something on it. Will try this. Tar

Nooooo. Much easier to have it crushed and just buy a new van... Bit of a wait for a new one but saves all that cleaning stuff.....

What actually causes this, did I spill some sort of stuff that can do this. Brand new van.

I think it's the contact adhesive used to bond the top on. They probably applied a bit too much and it leaked through.
It would be interesting to know if this is applied by machine or hand?
No forget I said that it's NOT interesting at all

It is the fixing adhesive which is not present at the time of handover but appears soon after being exposed to UV rays which appears after being in sun shine.

I use Jiff, a white cleaner with an abrasive action. It's so satisfying making the white bench all white again. It's a bit like polishing up the shiny bits of an old motorcycle.

Bought the Goo Gone pen on ebay. Works a treat, also removed wine stain. Fabulous

Wow, really. All for £1. Learning all the time. Thank u.
