It’s not your headlights coming On, it’s the DRLs, which cannot be switched Off which is an EU regulated safety function - Ignition On... -

Have you looked at the Dash? There should be a switch to open/close the fully electric sliding door and another switch to switch it off...

As far as i understand it Camping Mode only works for opening and locking the van, but as soon as you turn the ignition on the camping...
