Had still the original whipers on so changed them with newones today .
Went to a autoshop earlyer and could not find the rightones , i have not bother to go to VW dealer as i don't wanted to be ript off ....
Bumpt in to whipers visiting a sort of dump store , don't know how you call it in the UK?
Where they sell random things from clothes to tools gardeningstuff,.....at cheap prices.
So they had thisones for 5,95 euro / whiper so could not resist it....

They are diffrent in model then my originals .
Also the one on the right , driversside for you guys , passengerside on mine is a straight model while the one came off factory is slightly bended....

The one below is slightly bended...
The new fit great and tested them while washing the Cali later this afthernoon and seems to work fine .
Gonna take the oldones allong with me in the Cali just in case , so i got spare set in case...
So not even 12 euro for a set front screen whipers , bargain . no?

I had a Lexus once and changed the wipers for cheap ones. Unfortunately they weren't very good. Some time later, when I went in to the dealer for service, he said they could have just changed the rubbers for about the same price as the cheapie, and if I still had the original metal parts he would do it for me. Unfortunately I had lost them and a new set were about £70, so i was stuck with the cheapies. So you are wise to keep the old ones in a safe place :thumb

BTW, VW ones cost £28 for all three when VW van centre service my previous Cali about 6 months ago, which didn't seem too bad for OEM ones.

Was searching in a autopartsshop , they had a Bosh cataloge , so VW T5 looked up the type in list go and searched on the shelf ....
They had put in a other brand i did not know and told it was the same quality .
Was arround 50 euro/set of front , did not take them !
So now better price .
My oldones where very quick damaged , caused by a birdshit that was dryed up and by trying washing it off it ripped a small pice of rubber off the whiper surface , think i stick to cheapones and change them more often.
Did nearly four years with first set so time to change anyway.
