Fixing the fresh water tank draining by itself and the sink not draining [VIDEO]

Thanks for all the help and support. Made a little video to document how things went with the issues I was having and wanted to share my findings here.

Basically:

• The fresh water tank valve was turned to open so water would run out as soon as the tap was on
• My model of the Eurovan Westfalia (as it's called here in Canada), or the California Coach for you in Europe, does not have a waste water tank. So the drain under the vehicle must be left open when using the sink.
