I have just finished a clinical study into Sarcopenia that involved swallowing a shed load of Krill oil every day.

Good afternoon,

1. The cars are washed and polished
2. Grass cut several times
3. Took the weeds out of the drive way
4. Hedge cut back behind the fence (fence was already crooked)
5. Garaged tidied
6. Glasshouse washed
7. House tidied
8. Watched a lot of films I liked on Netflix, Amazon and Disney+ (the remaining films are not that interesting - yet)
9. Went with the dog for a walk several times
10. Keep communicating to family, friends and old work colleagues

Only tomorrow is the first week over to stay at home. What to do next week (or maybe longer)?
