Rear bench seat removal

Apologies this must have been covered before but without the search function.....

I need maximum carrying capacity for a short period so if at all possible and with a low risk of damaging anything I'd like to remove the rear bench seat. All I've found is a YouTube video of a guy doing it on but my T6.1 doesn't look like his does so it's presumably an earlier model; and in all the comments it was universally decried as the wrong way to do it - but what is that correct way?

Can anyone point me towards a step by step instruction?

It's actually pretty easy, ideally have a couple of you to lift the seat out though.
And make sure not to remove the screwdriver in the hole in the side...........
