Just 30 of these stunning California’s were assigned to the UK, celebrating 30 years of the VW California. With 999 being built worldwide, this one is numbered 590. This is the top spec, 199ps 4Motion DSG with extras. These vans came with a special interior, which is like new, as is everything else.

With just 24,747 miles and meticulously looked after by a VW fanatic, this is a very special van.

I am the first owner and although the 30 Years came very highly spec’d (see photo of booklet), I added a few more factory fit options.

Please see the photos, I have many more if needed. Underside is protected with Lanoguard. Although 4Motion vans don’t usually have a spare wheel, this one does.

When new, I replaced the original wheels with Black “Springfield” 18” wheels which is why the wheels and all weather tyres on the van are in perfect condition. The Springfield wheels are available via separate negotiation, as is the number plate. VW19 CAL is a personalised plate, the van will come with an age related plate unless the purchaser wishes to buy it.

I have left the protection on the carpet of the front tunnel, there is no damage to the vehicle, never received paintwork and it is ceramic coated. Hardly used for camping in, it truly is immaculate with many items still in the VW packaging. All shelves still have protection film in place and non-slip mats.
Shower never used and in perfect condition.
I would not let the VW dealer touch it when it arrived, I did the first clean and protection to ensure they didn’t scratch it. I still have every piece of history including the build sheets, order forms, etc. I hope you can tell this is a well loved van and only selling due to lack of use and changes in life’s plans.
