We’re the second owners of our lovely VW Beach, and this is a seven-seater version (with two seats that can be removed) The inside is in great shape—the seats have been covered since we bought it, as have the floor and the cabin carpets. The van hasn’t been used much as a camper (just a few weekends away).

I’ve had a Webasto Diesel heater fitted by Exploria (with OEM vents). There are also two 100W Renogy solar panels on the roof, controlled by a Victron MPPT and monitored by a Victron Battery monitor (connect via Bluetooth), which keeps the battery in good condition.
The van has a full VW service history and is on its third service plan. Everything has been done by the main VW dealer as per the scheduled service intervals (DSG oil change, Timing belt, brake fluid change).
The brakes are Brembo disks and pads, and VW reported that they were 20% worn during its service last week.
The Davenports alloy wheels have four new tyres, and the spare is unused.
I renewed the VW all-in service plan before its sixth birthday, which includes a VW Warranty, Breakdown cover, two MOTs and one service (one was used last week when the van was serviced). The Warranty and Breakdown cover will expire on 9 July 2027.
