Would be grateful for advise on how to upload a picture to my avitar. Every time I try a message tells me there are to many pixels.

You need to reduce the size of the photo i.e. Less pixels.

Save your photo as a jpeg/tiff etc

I've been having the same problem - tells me that I need an image smaller than 5K. But I am a VIP member (so shouldn't have that restriction) and even if I try to upload an image smaller than 5K it won't let me.

How do I resolve?

Still not working. Gives the error message "Your avatar's file size is too large. Please upload an avatar no bigger than 4.9 KB."

I appreciate the offer of sending you the photo but I would really like to get this fixed so that I can upload my own photos?

I've spent hours, even had a cropped photo which was 355Kb (0.3Mb) and got too big a file size error message.

I reduced to 1x1 pixel. Error messages says file is to large at 4KB?

Hi,

I Used to look forward to notification of "Last weeks most popular topics" but this seems to have dropped off in the last few weeks. Is there a time limit on these notifications?
