Under Sink Storage Solution

Having struggled for nearly 10 years trying to stack /arrange items on the two shelves , we’ve found the perfect under sink storage solution. Having considered the pull out draws but, in our opinion, £350 is an astonishing amount to pay for 3 draws and it’s ‘runner’ system. So came up with this solution of ‘fridge storage containers’ which fit perfectly (a small layer of packing foam on the floor is all that was needed). Total cost from Amazon £67, meaning we’ve emptied the ‘pull out’ under bench seat draw, leaving space to fill with other goodies. Unfortunately they won’t work in the left hand cupboard if the bench seat is in the ‘forward’ position when the shelf is in situation in the boot. Thoughts?View attachment 132737

Looks like a great storage solution, does it rattle?

Not at all, we placed some thick white foam (which we had from an Amazon delivery) under the boxes to raise them a little to ensure they were above the cupboard door rails. We are currently in Croatia and have been on some VERY bendy roads and occasionally they might slide out a bit, but they always go back into position. It really has made our lives so much easier in the van!!

Excellent idea. Well impressed!

Just happened across this and like the look of it. Just a little put off by the suggestion it might not be as space efficient in the T6.1 So watching with interest. I also see the wider 15" units too. So maybe 2 "wides" stacked (2x with 2 "smalls" on top might work for us. Coming in at 15.8" high. Hmmmm. Tempted :)

This is what it looks in our T5.1 Two rows of Vtopmarket drawers. Decided to keep the shelve under the cuttlery drawer.

I managed to buy the wrong thing in the second box (all large rather than large/medium. However its Amazon so easily sorted out.

These are so easy to setup, and fit perfectly (6.1). A small amount of “wasted space” but worth it.

I added an extra bit of cushioning at the front of the cupboard and that allows the drawer to open over the lip of the slide rail.

Pic of what I have so far.

That looks fab please could you confirm which size on amazon or the link please

Finally done, also put a couple n the other cupboard. Use some Velcro to keep them together and also stop any possible noise from them hitting each other as I drive (like naughty kids….).

To the OP, thanks for posting about these, such a great idea.
