2 seat beach with a 5th seat ?

Hi all,

After looking at many options for a camper / daily driver, I'm now looking at buying a beach, and have pretty much settled on a 2 seat beach (found one 2nd hand), and getting a 5th seat for occasional use (we are a family of 4, but would be nice to have option for extra person).

Just wondered if anyone has done this, and if it would mean taking out the multi'flex' board out in order to get enough legroom (we'd want all seats forward facing)? Hope that makes sense.. if anyone has a 2 seat beach and a 5th seat, any info (or even better some photos) on how it works would be really useful, thanks !

Got a 2 seat beach with the extra seat too - but we hardly ever use it.
You need the rear shelf as far back as possible, along with the rear seat. You can then _just_ fit the extra seat in, and there's _just_ enough room for someone to sit in it comfortably.

Also worth nothing that you can only put it on the middle set of rails. The far side is occupied by the storage box, and seem to remember some issue with having it by the door too! It's been so long since I've used it....
Often discussed selling the extra seat due to lack of use, but haven't quite got round to it yet!

Still completely happy we went for a 2-seat rather than the 3 though....
